PamperPawz Terms & Conditions
All client are required to complete a Client Card on their first appointment. It is important that the information provided is correct and complete and the owner has made us aware of anything we need to know about their dog including behaviour. It is the owners sole responsibility to advise us of any changes at future appointments.
By completing the Client Card the owner confirms agreement to these terms and conditions and that we may relay on the information that is provided.
We will not share customer details with any other organisations but may from time to time contact the owner with regard to offers and updates. We may also photograph or video dogs we groom and use these images on our webpage, facebook, twitter and youtube pages. The owner must therefore inform us if they DO NOT wish to be contacted with offers and updates or DO NOT want us to use images of their dog.
At the time of appointment please ensure your dog is fit and health and all vaccinations are up to date. Grooming of a sick or elderly dog is entirely at the owners risk. Grooming may also expose some underlying skin or health problems that we cannot be held liable for, your vet should be contacted for advice. Please ensure your dog is adequately toileted prior to their grooming appointment.
For dog with heavy matted coats there will be an extra charge as more time may be needed. If it is felt that de-matting a dog would cause too much stress and discomfort we may recommend a complete shave off but we will confirm with you before doing so.
If a dog becomes seriously ill whilst in our care we will try our best to contact the owner first but if unable to contact the owner we may call a vet. All vet cost will be at the owners expense. It is our right to refuse a dog that presents a risk of injury to either themselves, us or other dogs on the premises.
